I never realised how much this meant to me until I suddenly rthought it could be gone. Due to a mix up with bill payments, the hosting for this website was not paid, and subsequently, the hosting ceased. My problem was that I had no back-up of the site however, and therefore almost four years woirth of material would have been lost! May seem silly in a weay, but during those four years I went through a hell of a lot, and those four years shaped me into the person I am today I believe, so for me to loose that in a way… well I was devastated.
The panic is over for this month at lerast however, and normal service may once more resume, with me writing very little and generally neglecting this site! Actually, after this scare, it may force me into looking at perhaps a re-design, and perhaps even some regular updates, get it back to how it was in it’s glory days, with tousand word updates… Then again, for that to happen I would need my life to become a little more interesting than it is currently. It can be summed up with as little as 3 words really: work, pub, sleep. Not a lot to write home about if I’m honest!
Anyway, I shall leave it there, and perhaps go off and look into a re-design and some proper content, in the attempt to get this site back to what it was. Some serious weeding shall be required, as it has become a little unattended in recent months.
