With only four or five hours worth of sleep in my underpants (I dont wear a belt to bed), I have now got to try and be enthusiastic at work today for more hours than I got sleep. It’s not liek I havent done it before, but its not a nice experience; one I would much rather not have. This lack of sleep on crucial days liek before work are the times when I consider going to the doctors to try and get something to help knock me out without the aid of a fist. They almost convince me until I look at it that I would be wasting thge doctors time, which could be spent treating someone who was really ill. PLus the fact I know I will get loads of questions about one bit of my past I try to ignore, which I dont really want. Anyway… It’s off, it’s off, it’s off to work I go, with a bucket and spade and a hand grenade, it’s off to work I go

Doctors are paid a LOT to cure people. Hospitals are overworked not GP’s. At the most you’ll be wasting 20 minutes of his time, that just means he’ll have to read the paper and take a dump when he gets home. NOW GO!
While I do sympathise just how much sleep you need depends on your age – 5 hours is sufficient for lots of people.
